Assessment and Placement Services are a unique concierge type service performed exclusively by trusted industry professionals who have a clear understanding of how to navigate the intricate and sometimes frustrating mental health world.

The assessment, handoff, and placement to a higher level of care (if needed) can all be handled by our staff who have all worked and led teams in various settings such as partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient and residential locations throughout DFW. Our team understands that at times a school or employer requires an assessment prior to returning for the safety of all involved. It is not always feasible to sit in a psychiatric ER or wait days for an appointment when you have a commitment or your child has an extra curricular activity, only to be transferred or referred elsewhere with little explanation. 

 

Also, what is it with all of the acronyms and roles?! Therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist.

What is PP, OP, PHP/IOP, IP, RTC? What do you mean they have to go inpatient? What do you mean I can't visit them in their room? What do you mean they can't stay even though they are hearing things?
