Individual Counseling occurs in a confidential and collaborative manner where the counselor works with the client to help alleviate symptoms that brought them into counseling while reaching goals for future success.

Symptoms, goals, and success all occur differently for everyone. No two clients are the same; therefore, there is no one right way to counseling. However, there are many tried and proven best practices.

Our counselors work hand in hand with their clients, but cannot work harder than them. The only way to see true success with counseling is to put in the work. This work is not usually fun, but the outcomes are rewarding. Sometimes it's easier to "just begin again" than to keep doing what we have been and getting the same old results.
