Alejandra Hernandez Garcia, LPC, EMDR-Trained

Alejandra or Allie, earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UT Austin, and a Master's degree in Counseling from UT Permian Basin and also holds a school counselor certification in the state of Texas. Allie specializes in client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and has experience working with clients ages 5 & up.
Allie is Sand Tray and Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) trained, fluent in English and Spanish; and can provide services in either language.
Allies' experience ranges from non-profit sector serving at-risk youth to adult residential settings. Her areas of expertise include: anger management, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and addictions.
Allie strives to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment that allows her clients to be unapologetically themselves.

​Lauren is a Texas native who earned a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Lauren specializes in client-centered therapy and has added specializations in forensics, trauma, crisis intervention and management. Lauren's experience includes probation, juvenile probation, adolescent substance abuse, adult substance abuse, trauma, grief, inpatient mental health, and behavioral issues.
Lauren understands that each person is uniques and so should their therapy journey, she enjoys helping others heal and find their new beginning in life.
