  1. How much does therapy cost?

    • We are in network with the following insurances

      • Aetna 

    • We are currently in the process of credentialing with the following insurances​

      • Blue Cross Blue Shield

      • Cigna

      • United Health Care

      • Tricare

    • We are currently private pay only 

      • Individual sessions are $75​ 

      • Couples and family sessions are $100 

      • Payment is due at the time of service

    • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

      • Not a problem, simply let us know. We value our time as much as you value yours. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. ​

      • $25 late cancellation fee will apply for cancellations with less than 24 hour notice 

      • No shows will be charged at the full session rate

  2. How long does therapy last?

    • Individual sessions are 50 minutes​

    • Couple and family sessions are 75 minutes 

    • Studies show that the more consistent someone is with their treatment, the better the outcomes. Therapy typically occurs every week, however, this can vary by case. 

    • A good rule of thumb is 3-6 months minimum of consistent attendance and commitment. You get out of it what you put into it. 

  3. What should I expect?

    • It is expected to be nervous; it would be a bit concerning if you weren't. Therapy is a relationship like any other and relationships take time, commitment, trust. Luckily, for you, unlike other relationships it is our job to provide a safe empathetic non judgmental space that will allow you to be your authentic self. 

  4. Are there specific things I need to do for a virtual session? 

    • Have a laptop, iPad or tablet to use for your session. This allows for the best experience for both you and the therapist. ​​

    • Ensure the camera is on the entire time with your face in frame.

    • Ensure you are in a private/secure space. I.E. alone in the room/house where others are not coming in/out, not driving, not in a vehicle with others. Many clients find that using headphones help with sound. 

    • If you have technology issues call/email your therapist and wait for a response from them.
